ACUPRESSURE SEATED MASSAGE

Seated Acupressure chair massage occurs while the client is fully clothed, and without the use of oil. The seated acupressure massage focuses on the muscle groups in the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Deep tissue, Swedish, and other massage techniques are used to ensure release of pain and stress relief.

Massage has many benefits which may help to manage and improve chronic conditions like high blood pressure, headaches, and bad circulation.

This particular style of massage is very popular in office settings, as well as at outdoor sporting, fundraising or social events.

What to expect:

Prior to the treatment the practitioner will take a short case history. The practitioner will then demonstrate how to use the massage chair. Your chest is supported while the face and arms will rest in a cradle. The practitioner will adjust the chair settings until the client is perfectly comfortable. Using compression, deep tissue, and Swedish massage techniques, the massage therapist will work on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes.
