Your first treatment includes a free confidential consultation to gather relevant medical and lifestyle information. This helps Noreen understand any imbalances and tension in your body, in order to tailor make the treatment to your personal needs.

This consultation will not impact on your treatment time. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment to schedule in your consultation.

Appointments:

Complementary therapies are suitable for most people, however, there may be some situations where they are not appropriate or if you have a specific condition your G.P.'s consent may be required. If you have any concerns about your health and suitability, please call me to discuss in confidence.

Vouchers:

Stuck for gift ideas?  Gift vouchers available for all Natural Body Care treatments.  Vouchers can be purchased in person or over the phone with payment by bank transfer.  Vouchers can be sent direct to the recipient or to you, to pass on.  Please call Noreen on 07895 822 341.

Payment Methods:

Payment by cash or bank transfer only.   Credit / debit cards are not accepted at this time.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a massage appointment, please call 24 hours in advance so the session can go to another client. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at 50% of the cost of the booked treatment. “No shows” will result in the full treatment cost being charged to you before further treatments can commence.
